In addition to living in the Greater Sacramento Area (El Dorado Hills and Folsom, CA) for more than 15 years, He also lived in the Bay Area (San Ramon) for over 12 years, and the LA Area (Orange County) for nearly 2 years. In a past life, he successfully negotiated major contracts for international clients and sincerely enjoys the contract side of the real estate business. * He was born in Pennsylvania, went to school and worked in Ohio, and additionally lived and worked in Indianapolis, IN; Orlando, FL; Bloomfield Hills, MI; Loveland, CO; and Williamsburg, VA.
